The Upper Lower workout split is the best workout plan if you have limited days to workout as it only lasts 4 days a week with Monday being upper body focused and Tuesday being Lower body focused. Wednesday is a rest day and the 2 next days are the same as Monday and Tuesday and your weekend is rest days.
