Push Pull Legs is one of the best known workout plans in the fitness industry, it consits in 6 days during which we will target a specific muscle group per day. Each muscle group is worked twice a week for optimal intensity and optimal muscle gain. On monday you will be doing Push day by focusing on Chest, Triceps and shoulders. On Tuesday you will focus on Back and Biceps and on wednesday the focus will be on your legs. Thursday is your rest day as rest is needed for increased muscle growth. And then on Friday the cycle restarts.
